In an ongoing effort to protect children and to provide a safe environment for all, Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church requires Protecting God’s Children training, as well as background checks in accordance with the Diocese of Columbus.

To become compliant with the Safe Environment Policy,
please follow the 4 steps below:
Step 1:
Protecting God's Children training session-Sign up on Virtus
The protecting God's Children program educates and trains adults about the dangers of abuse, the warning signs of abuse, the ways to prevent abuse, the methods of properly reporting suspicions of abuse, and responding to allegations of abuse.
Step 2:
BCI & FBI Background Checks FastFingerprints
Background checks are required for employees and certain volunteers in accordance with the Diocese of Columbus.
The instruction sheet will guide you through the FastFingerprints process.
Step 3:
Complete and submit OLV Volunteer Application and Harassment
This form provides the parish with your basic volunteer information and confirms your understanding of the harassment policy.

Complete and submit OLV Code of Behavior
The Code of Behavior outlines the expectations for all employees and volunteers who serve in our parish, especially when working with children and vulnerable individuals.
